Body Balance is a dynamic stretch
programme that keeps the body supple, stretches the spine and
strengthens muscles.
Combining the practices of yoga and
pilates, Body Balance uses controlled breathing, concentration,
flexibility and strength training to create a holistic workout
bringing the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and
harmony. The class invigorates and tones, releasing tight, tense
muscles leaving you in a state of energised calm.
