Body Combat is an energetic group fitness class that combines
powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self-defence
disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing, Tai Chi and Tae Kwon-Do.
Focusing on endurance, flexibility and strength, the class takes
place accompanied by powerful and motivating music.
Our adrenaline-pumping routines
will burn fat and alleviate stress, as well as improving your
overall strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
Everyone can enjoy the simple yet
challenging pre-choreographed routines of Body Combat, regardless
