Body Pump
Body Pump is an excellent way to tone and

This non-impact exercise class uses
barbells and adjustable weights to work all the major muscle groups
in the body. Through a series of weight bearing exercises, Body
Pump makes you stronger, gets you in shape and helps keep the
weight off by increasing your metabolism. So, what are you waiting
