Yoga for Beginners and Yoga Course

forms of relaxation to restore health and balance. Our beginners
sessions are an ideal start for those new to Yoga.
Participants should ideally attend this class
for several sessions before booking on to the Yoga course.
The Yoga course is a 10 week course, bookable in advance. Please
